September 1st, 2006 - "New Office Opening" - Company president Kim Turner announced that a new TBI office is now open for business in Decatur Illinois. The facility located at 6335 E. US Route 36 Suite A will be responsible for building and maintaining a customer base in the Cities of Decatur and Springfield as well as other surrounding communities. Kim stated that this is an area that TBI has performed well over $3 million dollars worth of work in the past three years and that it was a long overdue move. This office will offer a full range of construction services including complete home remodeling as well as new home construction.
* December 6th, 2006 - "Project Awards" - TBI is the apparent low bidder on a large remodeling project with the St. Clair County Housing Authority. The project is scheduled for early 2007 and involves the contracting of DBE companies that are certified with the state of Illinois. Interested companies can contact project manager Tom Crook at the South Roxana office.
